Auction Terms & Conditions Everything sold "As is, where is." Buyers are responsible for thier purchases
when auctioneer says "SOLD." The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and
is legally binding. All sales are final.
All purchases must be paid for the day of the auction before the buyer leaves
the premises. Auctioneer is acting as agent only. The auctioneer's decision is
final. Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed and online
matter.
Buyer agrees, upon registration to bid, to the terms and conditions of the sale.

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash. Good check with bank letter of guarantee funds. Certified bank cashier’s check. Bank wire Transfer on all large dollar items. Debit and & credit cards accepted with a 4% fee.
