Auction Terms & Conditions Everything sold "As is, where is." Buyers are responsible for thier purchases
when auctioneer says "SOLD." The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and
is legally binding. All sales are final.
All purchases must be paid for the day of the auction before the buyer leaves
the premises. Auctioneer is acting as agent only. The auctioneer's decision is
final. Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed and online
matter.
Buyer agrees, upon registration to bid, to the terms and conditions of the sale.

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash. Good check with bank letter of guarantee funds. Certified bank cashier’s check. Bank wire Transfer on all large dollar items. Debit and & credit cards Visa & Masercard accepted with a 4% fee. Buyers fee of 10%. Wi. Sales tax will apply. You'll receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from NCS Auction within 60 minutes of close of auction. This email will include your unpaid invoice. Please view all terms, condition, pick up dates & times and shipping within this auction.
NOTE: Items that are not picked up or paid for within 48 hours with no contact with NCS will be onsidered abandoned and your card will be charged.

Shipping is available within reason.
We ship in house, and charge an extra $5 handling fee for most boxes, $3 for envelope, and $7.50 for large boxes. Our packages ship either USPS or UPS. Please let us know if you are requiring shipping. Double boxed items will be charged an additional $10.00 fee.
Please be aware of shipping regulations. Firearms ship through an FFL to your FFL. Black powder & Fireworks are not shippable.
We are not in the practice of shipping furniture, large amounts of glassware, bikes, and other difficult items. Large items are to be shipped freight, and the buyers responsibility to arrange. A good freight carrier is SpeeDee ship.
